Venture upstairs to the top floor and you'll find the fabulous open plan living space, due to the reversed layout there are great views everywhere you look and plenty of windows to peer out a gaze across the harbour. This bedroom is home to a brilliant 'zip and link' bed which can be configued as either two delightful single beds or an indulgent king-size bed, depending on your party make-up. The second bedroom has an en suite shower-room, no luxury has been spared. The main bedroom also comes complete with a fantastic en suite which houses an inviting bathtub, ideal for a relaxing evening in after a day out on the beach. The main bedroom has a gorgeous king-size bed with wooden head and foot boards sitting in the centre of the bedroom, with a large bay window with views over the harbour and a beautiful rocking chair offers the perfect place to delve into your favourite book with a warming cup of coffee. The two lovely bedrooms with their own en suite bath/shower room are found on the second floor, perfect for dumping your bags and then heading up to the top floor to take in that view. This old building is rich in history and has plenty of quirks, please do take care on all the stairs in the property. True to its name, The Eyrie is elevated on the second and third floor which gives you the most amazing outlook.
